Summer songs came and went and Weezer night is almost here. Time is flying by!
So we had a super intimate night a few weeks back for Summer Songs. 8 or so performers, including a few new additions to our Themed Thursdays. A dozen or so songs. They were some of the best performances we’ve had yet. The videos are all starting to pop up on youtube, I’ll link them all up here.
Tonight was awesome. There were a few surprise songs (John Lennon’s post Beatle songs, and the impromptu Hey Jude) and we got all of them on video. We videotaped the entire event (except The Castle Arms!) so I’m going to start posting videos on the site ASAP. Keep an eye out. And if you want to see anything specific, let me know.
I want to thank everyone who played, and everyone who came out. It was a great way kickoff to the Themed Thursday series.
